As a market assistant, your days will be fast-paced with a wide variety of tasks. Your primary task will be to support the company's foreign market contacts. To a large extent, you will support financial management such as invoicing, supplier management and follow-up. Here you get a direct insight into marketing efforts and are in the midst of an international market. If necessary, you will assist with market analysis and world surveillance, text editing, creating marketing materials and organizing as well as participating in events. In addition, you can assist in planning customer seminars, conferences, fairs and various campaigns. Works with the compilation of market and assortment analyzes, planning of sales cycles, the production of external market data from East Europe and Middle East (Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan) and the gathering of customer data and their needs in the market. The work often includes administrative tasks of a qualified nature.




We see you as holder a civil economic degree and / or marketing degree with of experience in working with external markets in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan. You are flexible, willing and ambitious. To fit the role, we think you like organizing and structuring as well as enjoying administrative work. In order to complete the role, you will get introduction course, it is important that you have a will to learn, but also to take your own initiative and be confident with administrative tasks. You are required to have good computer skills, especially 1C and the logistical programs and database used by the countries in the former Soviet Bloc. Since your work involves constant contacts with Eastern Europe and Middle East, we see that you can speak and write in Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh and English unrestrained, some proficiency in Portuguese will be seen as an advantage.

The most important criteria apart from the above mentioned will be your personality, communication skills, solid and valid professional relationships and personal contacts within the governmental agencies in the countries of interest, as well as profound knowledge of local business proceedings.
