. Reference to Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
. Responsibility for global DHP market communication strategies with focus on the Thermia brand
. Management of Swedish market communication dept (currently 2 FTE)
. Development of Thermia brand and secure synergies to the Danfoss brand by roll out of concepts and sharing best practise
. Optimize communication processes
. Brand communication
Key tasks
. Local adaptation and implementation of strategies in close dialogue with local sales manager, export manager and communication colleagues
. Contact and negotiation with advertising agencies
. Quality assurance of all documentation
. Develop and improve Web portals

. The European Heat Pump market is significant and fast growing with many opportunities, but also intense competition. DHP is currently focusing on becoming no. 1 in Europe. The scope is expected to be a part of the "Danfoss Heating Solutions" thinking.
. Travel days 10-25 days per year

. Remuneration package corresponding to background
Candidate Minimum requirements to educational background
. Business or technical degree.
. Proficient in English (written and oral).
. Advanced Microsoft Office user
Minimum requirements to working experience
. Experience with market communication for technical products
. Minimum 3 year's of sales management experience:
. Preferably, but not necessarily, with experience in sales involving heating installers, consulting engineers and building companies.
