We are expanding our Market Technology Business Control & Strategy Team in Stockholm, as the business unit is one of the fastest growing within Nasdaq. Market Technology is providing marketplace solutions and advisory services to exchanges and partners around the world where we power 90 markets in over 50 countries. Nasdaq is in the midst of a transformation as we continue to revolutionize markets, developing and delivering the next generation of service based technology to our clients around the world, as we expand our product offering from on-prem to SaaS solutions.

The opportunity to work in a versatile role where your prime focus will be on strategic planning and messaging. In addition, you will work with business control operations within the team. This role will allow you to learn more about our business, interact with key stakeholders, and play an important role at the very heart of the Business Unit Strategic messaging and storytelling.


Your responsibilities:


You will be part of the Market Technology Business Control & Strategy Team reporting to the CFO of Market Technology. Within this team, your contributions will be mainly on the strategic side, helping with the design of strategic messaging and creating presentations. As time allows, you will also be expected to support with various controlling activities, such as forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, ad hoc projects.


To be successful in this role you should have an eye for marketing/presentation design, be analytical, detail oriented, and willing to dive into new territories. As this role interacts with many different stakeholders, it is important that you have strong communication skills and are able to effectively communicate and visualize information.


Were looking for someone with:


A degree in Finance, Business Administration or Marketing


Strong analytical skills paired with business acumen


The ability to develop strong product messaging and create visually appealing and intelligible presentation decks


Abilities to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders


A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a high pace environment


It would be great if you also have:


Experience working in an international environment


Experience from FinTech industry and/or a SaaS business
