For our Division Stationary Crushing and Screening, we’re now looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager – someone passionate about modern ways of working in the marketing landscape who thrives in a leadership role in an evolving global environment.
In this position, you drive our division's overall performance of marketing as well as internal and external communication and branding. You set the communication strategy and frameworks for our division - ensuring efficient and qualitative fulfillment of our communication responsibilities. You secure sufficient communications resources and expertise, and your strategic communication advice is a valuable asset to our key stakeholders. By being a sharp contact point for press and media matters, you're comfortable working with crisis management whenever needed. You're also accountable for developing and finding new, innovative communication solutions that deliver business results and reach strategic aims. Working across functions within our division, you ensure good collaboration with cross functional businesses as well as external partners and customers. Being a true Sandvik-leader, you constantly work to develop your team by listening and providing them with open and honest feedback and you create an environment of diversity and inclusion.

This position is based at our headquarters in Svedala. We offer the possibility to work part-time remotely, and international travelling will be a natural part of the role.
We're looking for you with a degree in Marketing or equivalent knowledge gained from work. You have a proven track record of strategic and operational development of internal and external communication and branding, preferably with a passion for sustainable business communication. Your understanding of budget and cost analysis makes you comfortable in contract management with external parties. If you also have B2B experience on social media platform it’s a plus. Our global work environment calls for good verbal and written English skills, and if you're fluent in Spanish, it's a big plus.
