Role at Mendi: You will be working at the intersection of marketing and service design. In this position, you will be focused on the customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and up-sell. You will work cross-functionally with design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and manage growth initiatives.

Collaborate with executives on growth strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.
Build and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Liaise with external support agencies.
Design, manage and co-ordinate growth programs (internally and externally).
