In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our multi-channel Marketing Automation projects as we continue to grow our business throughout Europe. You will work closely with the business to automate seamless, integrated journeys across audiences that drive meaningful engagements and accelerate sales opportunities. We are strong believers in collaboration so you will be part of a fantastic team of specialists in design, content, web, performance and report directly to our Head of Demand Generation.

We're looking for someone who can help us deliver world-class journeys for our prospects at every stage of the marketing funnel.
These are some of the things you will be responsible for
Setting up end-to-end processes for multichannel marketing campaigns which includes planning, execution, reporting and optimisation.
Planning for and creating landing pages and emails in line with the overall Marketing Automation strategy.
Implementing and optimising lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads.
Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results.
Collaborating with internal marketing partners to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
Campaign reporting, providing insights and recommendations to drive engagement, growth, and retention.
Developing processes to capture future platform requirements, maintain best-practice marketing automation principles, and comply with legal regulations.

What we're looking for:
You have 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist/Manager. You are passionate about digital marketing, lead generation, customer experience and are comfortable working cross-functionally. In order to succeed in this role we believe that the following traits are important:
Extensive knowledge within CRM and Marketing Automation tools. Preferably Salesforce and Hubspot.
Technical know-how across marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Proactive and structured way of working.
A genuine passion for driving revenue and engagement using marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
