ASCOM WIRELESS SOLUTIONS is a leading provider of on-site wireless communications for key segments such as hospitals, manufacturing industries, retail and hotels.More than 75,000 systems are installed at major companies all over the world.The company offers a broad range of voice and professional messaging solutions, creating value for customers by supporting and optimizing their Mission-Critical processes.The solutions are based on VoWiFi, IP-DECT, DECT, Nurse Call and paging technologies, smartly integrated into existing enterprise systems.The company has subsidiaries in 10 countries and 1,200 employees worldwide.Founded in the 1950s and based in Göteborg, Sweden, Ascom Wireless Solutions is part of the Ascom Group, listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange.We are now looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager for a temporary position until July 2011.Immediate start.Location: Gothenburg Duties: Creating and producing international marketing campaigns for the Ascom product launches as well as customer segment campaigns.The Marketing Campaign Manager is part of the Marketing Communications Section, responsible for global communications such as marketing campaigns, media strategy, sales literature, sales partner and internal communications. The Marketing Campaign Manager needs to be able to work with international agencies, work cross-functionally and co-ordinate with markets around the world.Internal communications is created in cooperation with stakeholders within the international division.Good organization skills and the ability to stay in control of several projects at the same time are a must.Proven communication skills and an ability to work independently in a pro-active way are essential.Main tasks: Manage marketing campaign development in producing best in class, multinational campaigns in close cooperation with other members of the Marketing Communications section as well as external agencies and suppliers. - Gather campaign plans and central asset needs from the local markets.-Plan attendance in exhibitions and events for the campaigns.- Regularly review implementations, local adaptations & initiatives; feedback & share where relevant.- Collect requirements from internal Ascom stakeholders (marketing, sales, product managers, etc.) for campaign projects; keep the stakeholder network informed, updated and involved throughout the process.- Input into, and follow-up the integration of assets / creative development for different media.- Manage internal communications with divisional online magazine.Qualifications: - University education, MSc in marketing or equivalent - Experience in similar position in international company - Excellent language skills in English, other languages a plus - Experienced in project management - Experienced in B2B marketing, preferable in IT - Good technical understanding / interest Interviews will be continuously held.
