Does this sound like a fun challenge to you?Please, continue reading!Surgical Division is looking to recruit a Marketing Communication Manager to the Branding & Communication team, based at headquarters in Gothenburg. Purpose of position The Marketing Communication Manager will be a key team member of a B2B marketing organisation responsible for building high levels of global market awareness of the company and its products.You will contribute to the development of the overall brand and marketing communication strategies and activities for Mölnlycke Health Care, Surgical, in accordance with the short and long term strategy.This position reports to head of Branding & Communication.Key result areas: .Lead and implement branding projects..Ensure a successful implementation of the brand and marketing communication strategies and related activities.. Lead and develop specified advertising and promotional programs designed to increase market visibility, improve market perception, help achieve profitable business growth and strengthen our position.. Manage specific activities/events with international end user organizations to enhance Mölnlycke's image in the market, and to strengthen the loyalty.. Develop strong working relationships with colleagues in local and global product management to optimize cross-functional objectives of the surgical business' marketing communication. Background and Personal Qualities: The successful candidate has a degree from Business School, University or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years practical experience from marketing/sales or advertising agency.You also have project leader experience and good knowledge of branding. You enjoy working across cultures and are fluent in English, written and spoken, as you will be working in an international environment.As a person you are well-organised and driven with strong customer focus.You are a team player with good communication and networking skills.
