Marketing Coordinator

Mission As part of our international sales team you will be working with high-tech products. You will be responsible for Sensys' internal and external communication, supporting and developing our global marketing activities and generating good relationships between Sensys and our customers and distributors. Main responsibilities Plan and produce printed matter, information letters and financial information Plan, book and attend national and international fairs and congresses Monitor and communicate sector-related news and procurement information Provide distributors with marketing material Administer the drafting of contracts and agreements and coordinate their translation Update information on the Company's website and actively implement related improvements Be responsible for and execute the purchase of printed matter, profile products and Internet services Monitor costs, with budget responsibility, for campaigns, fairs and other marketing activities Your profile To feel at home in this role, you should be very serviceoriented, be able to work under pressure, and possess an excellent knowledge of the entire Office package and graphic-production software such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. It is also important that you gave a good command of the English language, both spoken and written, and that you are administratively efficient. Candidates are expected to be creative, communicative, responsible, and have two to three years' experience in a similar position. The appointment is to commence immediately and the Company's requirements are long-term. The position will involve a certain amount of travel. Location Jönköping, Sweden. Reporting The aforementioned functions will be performed under the authority of and within the instruction scope provided by the Marketing & Sales Director.
