Marketing Coordinator - Contract 12 months hire

Bewator is the leading supplier of security products and systems in Europe within the areas of access control, integrated security systems and video control. Bewator have about 300 employees worldwide with headquarters in Solna, Sweden. Since the end of 2005 Bewator is a centre of competence within Siemens Building Technologies (SBT) for products and solutions within Access Security. We are now recruiting a new team to build access control profile material and support under the Siemens brand for roll out to the worldwide Siemens sales organisations. Marketing Coordinator This position is a 12 months contract with an option to extend. In the heart of where it happens, with a lot of contacts both internally and externally, you will develop and drive activities to develop the sales infrastructure for access security products worldwide within the Siemens Building Technology organisation. Your Profile: You have a very goal orientated and proactive disposition, in short you are a "doer" and combine this with structure and patience to drive projects from the conception through execution to completion. You must be able to both work independently and in a team plus be service minded to colleagues in all parts of the business. As you mainly will work with international contacts you speak and write fluent English. You have a relevant education and at least 2 years of working experience as project manager and experience of handling customer events and exhibitions. Your responsibilities: Handle seminar programs Training course promotions (both sales and technical trainings) Product showcases for world wide promotions Trade show coordination for Siemens offices. Handle portable demo equipment to Siemens Building Technologies offices worldwide. Plan and execute demo room implementation in Siemens Building Technologies offices worldwide The position is based in Solna, Stockholm.
