About the Role
Our Marketing Coordinator will communicate and launch our brand on the Norwegian market. This person will follow our marketing calendar and strategic marketing plan, but our ideal candidate will be flexible and agile enough to make local adjustments and implement meaningful changes through analyzing customer behavior, internal & external data and trends.
You are a creative writer and in your written work you easily articulate the message, both internally with colleagues and cross-functional teams and especially externally with customers in social media and other marketing channels. Creative at heart, you are still excellent at structure and set pride in organizing your work to deliver on-time, quality and results.
The position requires a great deal of ambition and grit. The Marketing Coordinator will enjoy challenges, thrive in a customer-centric environment and combine world-class digital communication skills with a hands-on marketing mentality to create an impact in the Norwegian sporting goods industry.
The position is a full-time position based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to the Marketing Manager at Naturkompaniet. Due to COVID-19 we are currently working from home a lot.
What You'll Do
In more detail you will focus on the following:
Guided by our long-term strategy, you will communicate and launch our brand on the Norwegian market
On a local level, you’ll plan and create social media and digital communication that aligns with our overarching marketing & brand plan
Follow our plans, but implement agile adjustments to account for the local market; you’ll orchestrate monthly campaigns and fine-tune to fit the market and target audience accordingly
Ensure our content is well planned, on brand and delivered consistently on-time
Write everyday: Creating copy for content such as eComm, newsletters and social media with the aim of optimizing SEO, customer engagement and, ultimately, sales.
Communicate daily in social media to achieve the targets set in our content calendar
Drive and increase traffic to our sales/promotion channels and increase our following and engagement on social media and through our newsletter, following up on marketing activities, campaigns and mailings, you will present these results internally
Coordinate collaboration across our organizations, be it Frilufts or Fenix Outdoor, you’ll take care to create the best possible results in our cross-functional cooperation
Lead projects of occasionally loyalty (like Naturkompaniet Resor, Naturbonusen, events)
Plan and support stores in hosting events
Maintain an active awareness on industry trends and best-practice recommendations

Who You Are
We think you would be a great match for the position if you possess the following experiences, traits and abilities:
With several years’ experience in Marketing and/or Public Relations you’ve been exposed to plenty of Social Media strategic marketing activities and can employ tools like Facebook Business and Google Analytics amongst others; Extra bonus if you have experience in the Sporting Goods industry
You studied Marketing, Communications or a similarly focused degree
You speak and can write creatively in Norwegian and Swedish, writing social media copy is an exciting daily task for you
KPIs and performance through data measurement motivates and empowers you, you look to drive traffic & sales, engagement & reach on social channels and deliver results on-time
Communication comes naturally for you and you’ve strengthened your skills in written and verbal communication through your career; Be it internal or external you are high-level in achieving desired results and articulating your message
Customers are at the center of your work, this is how you improve engagement, usability and results
You have an eye for design, colors and style; You’ve nurtured this ability and dedicate yourself to remaining in-touch with what’s trending
There is no doubt, you are eager to become an expert and develop your skillset, that keeps you open-minded, curious and humble with an excitement to work and contribute on a team
