Marketing & Events Executive for the Nordics - Code Institute

The Code Institute Marketing & Events Executive for the Nordics will be responsible for activating the local community. Code Institute is an exciting opportunity for those working in tech or for a software company who wants to be part of the Ed-Tech transition. Your main responsibilities:

- Manage the monthly Nordic event plans for corporate, B2C, community and IAC
- Identify local employers, recruiters and students participate at our events.
- Secure keynote speaker spots for the MD and CEO at industry events
- Manage the Nordic event budget and reporting each month.
- Create localised content for social media and blogs
- Manage PR plan with our Nordic agency and head office in Dublin
- Coordinate local student meet-up and hack-a-thons
- Research market growth opportunities in the following area's universities & colleges, local municipalities & government and enterprise, and assist in the development of campaigns thereafter.
- Monitor and own a monthly competitor analysis survey.



- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong organisational & administrative skills
- Be proficient in the use of computers and have a good knowledge of G-suite
- Be a smart, professional, customer services orientated and an enthusiastic individual
- Highly productive with strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Have the ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent in Nordic language(s) & English
