We are impatiently expanding and currently looking for a: MARKETING MANAGER DENMARK YOU COULD BE THE NEWEST MEMBER OF OUR MARKETING TEAM In the role of Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for our marketing activities in Denmark.You will be in the centre of activity and from the very beginning be responsible for your own projects.You will continuously report to our Global Marketing Director.You will be involved in all areas of business and you will be a critical member of our marketing team and company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities: - To develop and care for relations with universities and partners to facilitate the distribution of our surveys and media products - To proactively develop and care for our press and media relations as well as developing and implementing our yearly PR strategy - To arrange client and marketing events, where you will have full budget responsibility - To develop and implement marketing campaigns (together with sales support) to increase sales of Universum?s products and expertise QUALIFICATIONS - You are structured and used to working on several different projects at one time - You are social and have an out-going personality with the ability to sell - You have a good understanding and knowledge of young target groups - You are flexible, proactive and result orientated - You are used to taking your own initiatives and implementing them - You enjoy working both individually and in teams - You are used to taking responsibility for your own projects - You love challenges and have a positive attitude - You have a degree in marketing or business administration - You have 1-4 years of marketing experience with young target groups (preferably students) or experience within media or HR Universum is an international company and apart from Danish we expect you to be fluent in English.A good knowledge of Swedish is also an advantage, as well as experience from a Swedish organisation.You will be based at our office in Copenhagen, but you will regularly travel to our head office in Stockholm.Our Danish office consists of the Danish sales and marketing team.The marketing team will consist of you and another part time employee.
