As a marketing manager för Kavo you work are responsible for the internal marketing function for KaVo and the external brands in Nordics and Baltics. You lead the development, implementation, and sustainment of the marketing program for existing and future products and customers in close cooperation with management team, the global marketing team and the local sales teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

You are also responsible for the planning, design and implementation of a comprehensive tactical transformative marketing plan in order to achieve the short- and long-term strategic goals.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Create and develop calendared marketing plan for both direct and in-direct markets and implement appropriate marketing programs that generate quality leads (MQL’s and SQL’s) to support the overall product portfolio and sales objectives


* Achieve visibility, leads generation and marketing mix objectives. Track and follow in KaVo CRM-system
* Work closely with regional/local management to develop strategies and achieve objectives for our brands, drive sales growth and meet customer needs in all relevant segments. Work closely with KaVo global marketing to influence and localize global initiatives.
* Localize central campaigns and develop local campaigns to ensure full coverage to both dealers and end-customers
* Create and manage events, fairs and support events with dealers
* Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan amendments when needed
* Track success of campaigns and promotions in terms of leads generation.
* Demonstrate strong skills utilizing digital marketing tools to optimize presence by creating content, working with social media platforms, SEO, advertising etc.
* Ensure local and regional launch of new products, working closely with product managers and sales.
* Deliver all marketing activities within the agreed budget


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


* Experience from a similar position alternatively 4-6 years’ experience in a general marketing role
* Fluent in Swedish and English
* Proven track record within marketing
* Experience from digital marketing (web, advertising, email marketing)
* Experience of MS Office, CRM-system, email marketing tool and photoshop
