The Marketing Project Lead for Samsung+ sits in the Consumer Electronics (CE) Marketing team, and works day to day with colleagues in all our Consumer Electronic divisions. The vision is to deliver the best experience in our marketing and product training tool Samsung+ to help position us as the number one brand within electronics, and support sales both today and in the future. On a day to day basis the job will entail things such as structuring content, managing our training vendor, and liaising with colleagues across all of the Nordics. What will this role achieve?

The overall objective is to grow brand preference, create desire and consideration of our CE products to help Samsung remain the most innovative and consumer focused brand in the Nordic region. You do this by delivering a fantastic content experience for sellers and vendors who access our training portal (Samsung+) to learn more about Samsung. Samsung+ reaches a large number of the floor sales personell across the Nordics, meaning what you set up will make a difference on a daily basis for those working with and for our retailers. You are the key lead in making them experience our content, our products and our offers in a fun, engaging way.

You are an administrative wizard, you love structure, administrating platforms, and project management. You deliver value by managing our training vendor, and ensuring we stay on track and develop the best experience possible in Samsung+. You are a task master, you enjoy leading and driving forward, you enjoy owning a budget and optimizing the use of it. Simply put - process and projects get your ticking!

What will be your key deliverables?

- Responsible for administrating and managing the delivery of material, content and development requests for our training platform Samsung+
- Continuously work to improve the content delivered, maximizing accessibility and engagement of the platform
- Set an annual content delivery plan for Samsung+
- Coordinate and manage our external system provider (contracts, daily project management lead, budget follow ups etc.)
- Pull out and share reports from the system with the wider team
- Handle GDPR tickets and edit information in the system
- Based on user feedback drive our vendor to create improved solutions
- Project manage the development of information tools such as comparison charts, quizzes, overviews etc.
- Expand Samsung+ to new divisions, product areas and retailers
- Manage the annual budget and optimize our delivery
- Share news from Samsung+ with the wider team through presentations or newsletters


What do we need for this role?

- An administrative wizard
- Proven track record of leading wider projects with many stakeholders to a successful delivery (preferably used to working in project springs/laps)
- Used to structuring processes and following up to ensure all stakeholders deliver within the set structure
- Experience in working with content and material to deliver in to a platform/system
- Confidence in working in a system/program with the goal of creating a great experience/solution
- Experience in pulling out data for reports and sending out information to different kinds of stakeholders
- Strong experience of managing an external vendor and ensuring project plans are created, followed and delivered to deadline
- Experience in working closely with sales teams to grow market position and drive sales
- Creative problem-solver with a natural drive to see solutions instead of problems, who will live our brand ethos of Do what you can’t
- A bold and ambitious but humble marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly changeable environment without losing motivation or focus on the end-goal
