FTG Cranes AB is working with the brands MOWI and Moheda, market leader in Sweden for forest trailers and cranes. Our brands are well known for their innovation, performance and reliability.
Our assembly and headquarter is located in Bäckefors, and an office for development and administration in Trollhättan. FTG Cranes have 25 employees and a turnover of 110 MSEK. We also have a subsidiary in Lithuania, which produces similar products under the brands of Källefall and Forest.

Assignment
You will work both operational and strategic with our marketing in Europe. This is a new position, and you will have all chances of influencing your work
You will be a key player and work both operational and with building up our strategic marketing plan.

Daily tasks
A lot of your work will be operational tasks. We don´t expect you to be an expert in all areas, but you need to be willing to learn and don´t be afraid of hands-on work.
Produce marketing material itself or coordinate with external vendors.
Update and distribute price lists and sales related documents to dealers.
Work with our social media, either do itself or coordinate with external vendors.
Work with our webpages, either do itself or coordinate with external vendors.
Production of films and adverts, either itself or coordinate with external vendors
Budget and decide where to invest in advertising, both in printed and digital media.

Strategic tasks
Once you are familiar with the daily tasks there are a lot of things to develop on a more strategic level! We have ideas of where to start, but a lot of it is depending on your own ideas. So you will not get a fixed plan to work with, you will also be involved in setting our strategic plan for marketing!
Produce common Brand strategy for all 6 “Brands, and adapt them to different geographical markets
Market research of potential OEM-customers in Europe
Plan and measure ROI on marketing activities

Expected experience of candidate
Fluent in English and Swedish. German and more languages is an advantage.
At least 3 years’ experience of hands-on work with marketing
Knowledge in one or several of the following areas: social media marketing, film production, building webpages, data driven marketing, blog, production of brochures and marketing material. But if you miss some of them it´s no problem, as long as you are willing to invest time and effort to learn!
Some kind of higher education in marketing is preferred.
Education and/or experience in marketing in social media is highly valued! A lot of your work will be to work with social media, both in Sweden and across Europe.

We think you have worked a couple of years and now want to take the next step in your career. With a solid “hands-on” experience you are now ready to take the next step and also work with more strategic marketing.
You are eager to learn more, and not afraid of taking responsibility for fulfilment of your tasks!

What do we offer?
We trust that you know what you are doing, so you will already from the start get a lot of responsibility. Of course we will guide you, but it is very much up to you to do this to the assignment you want!

Other
The position is 50-80%, we are open for a discussion based on your preferences.
Location is in Trollhättan and/or Bäckefors. You need to spend some time in Bäckefors where we have our production facility. But you can also work from home or Trollhättan if that makes your private life easier.
