Job Description

Netadmin is looking for a skilled marketing specialist to become part of our journey towards new markets and drive a focused online content marketing approach. You will report to the CEO and lead our marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, engagement, retention and positive customer behavior.

We are looking for a motivated, creative thinker with strong knowledge of content marketing techniques and best practices, including hands-on experience. This job will include creating, writing, launching and tracking lead generation initiatives and continually driving improved results. You will work closely with Netadmin’s Product Management team to ensure a successful lead generation through a content based marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities:

- Overall involvement and responsibility for marketing planning and coordination
- Development of quantitative metrics driven content initiatives to drive new and current business aligned with sales and business objectives
- Content authoring in line with campaign goals/objectives in addition to content delivered by Product Management team
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience in all channels
- Manage Netadmin’s online presence on our web and LinkedIn
- Implement and manage marketing activities, events and public relations including press releases and media outreach
- Manage relationships with agencies, i.e advertising, web developers, PR and others
- Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing spend in relation to customers and markets
- Analyze and optimize content based on reporting and KPIs to reach success and real business impact



Personal Characteristics and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role with experience in building and running successful marketing campaigns by leveraging online channels. We believe that you have an education from college-university level in marketing or equivalent experience.

The job demands that you have very good knowledge of English and Swedish in both speech and writing and good knowledge of the entire Office package. Do you have experience in sales and marketing programs for example, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo or other similar programs, it is highly meritorious. As a person you are creative, solution-focused, adaptable with a positive attitude. We prefer that you are a down to earth and pragmatic "doer". A communicator who is proficient verbally in speech and writing.
