As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies and initiatives to effectively position our brand, generate leads, and support overall business objectives.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a curiosity and passion for transforming engineering concepts into compelling messages that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will also be a highly organized self-starter and enjoy learning from and connecting with colleagues and customers located around the world. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing content and social media campaigns, conduct market research, and present Modelon at various tradeshows.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing Director to achieve marketing department goals and objectives
Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns to connect with our target audience and promote Modelon’s solutions.
Support commercial team activities including presence at trade shows, conferences, and user meetings
Collaborate with the marketing department and cross-functional teams to generate lead-generating content for various channels including Modelon’s website, digital campaigns, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the commercial team to develop sales enablement materials, such as product brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales process.
Implement SEO strategies and tools to generate high-quality leads
Support in the development of creative and innovative marketing campaigns
Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives
Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.



Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Must be eligible to work in the US
2-3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, with a track record of successful campaign execution and lead generation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to transform complex engineering concepts into compelling marketing stories
Self-motivated with excellent organization and project management skills
Previous experience with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to propose data-driven solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and global environment
Familiarity with engineering technologies, such as CAE/CAD software or industrial automation is a plus
Fluent in English. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
Expect occasional international travel


Hybrid Policy
Modelon operates with employees coming into the office on a core day and an additional day per week. This candidate would, therefore, need to be able to commute to our Ann Arbor office twice a week at a minimum.
