About the role as Marketing Specialist Finland

You will be a part of the Europe North & Pacific Field Marketing Team which consists of 7 members who are based across the globe in the local markets that they serve. You will also interact and collaborate with the Service and Support team, Sales team and the Management in Mölndal, as well as colleagues across the globe. You will work closely together with the Senior Marketing Specialist of Sweden who will mentor you in the beginning of your career at Nilfisk.



In the role as a Marketing Specialist Finland you will be responsible for all marketing activities towards the Finnish market which includes coordinating, implementing, and follow up marketing campaigns and activities. You will create and adapt local content, update product information on the website, be responsible for the social media platforms, attend customer meetings together with the Sales organization. You will also coordinate and participate in exhibitions and dealer events.

Your main tasks:



Be responsible for the Marketing plan for Finland and support the Management regarding the marketing budget.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns on all platforms, such as brands, segments, product campaigns, third party partnerships, print media and digital content.
Translation and validation of global marketing material for the Finnish market.
Generate local content and campaigns in alignment with global objectives.
Attend customer meetings together with the Sales organization.
Coordinate and participate in exhibitions and dealer events.


About you

We believe that you are a team player who has a great ambition to create collaborations across the organization. You take initiatives, can easily adapt to new assignments, and understand the business from a commercial perspective. You have a good planning and structural ability and adapt well to your varied working days. You also have excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English and are passionate about marketing.

Important for the role:

- Native level of Finnish and Fluency in English, Swedish is a merit.

- Relevant education in Marketing, Sales, Business or work experience that can be considered equivalent.

- Experience of B2B.

- Service minded and great communication skills.

- Knowledge in the Office Suite
