MARKETING SPECIALIST, PAID SEARCH SCANDINAVIA

MANAGEMENT OF PAID LISTINGS CAMPAIGNS FOR THE VISTAPRINT SCANDINAVIAN WEB SITES.
Execution of acquisition marketing tactics via the Scandinavian search channels. Being involved in Scandinavian paid per click search engine marketing including keyword optimization and expansion, price, offer, creative and budget management. Optimize the site for organic search performance. Performance measured against monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities:
-Lead the growth of the Scandinavian search channels with full P&L responsibility.
-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly target levels for number of customers, overall bookings, marketing spend & contribution margin.
-Coordinate with other team members to manage the acquisition spend budget to maximize return from all ressources.
-Analyze campaign results and drive testing initiatives and decisions based on data.
-Coordinate the strategy, creative, messaging and deployment of search listing copy, media and offer mix by keyword.
-Execute and measure Scandinavian search marketing tactics at the keyword level.
-Play a key role in the effort to optimize the VistaPrint site for natural "organic" search listings.
-Utilize inside and outside resources to manage spend and campaigns.
-Manage relationship with external search partners and internal VistaPrint team members to ensure that Scandinavian search chanel performance is optimized.
-Ensure that rapid testing and learning continue within the channel to promote incremental growth and critical breakthroughs.
-Participate in the localization of all content and creative for the Scandinavian market.

CANDIDATE:
-Bachelor degree in business or marketing.
-2 years experience managing and developing SEO and/or SEM programs.
-Solid understanding of marketing principles.
-In depth knowledge of Scandinavian search market.
-NATIVE SCANDINAVIAN LANGUAGE+ GOOD ENGLISH. -
