WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A MARKETPLACE SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR DTC TEAM AT FILIPPA K HQ IN STOCKHOLM.

Timeless silhouettes are re-interpreted within the context of modern life, with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail resulting in ready-to-wear collections for women and men. The Stockholm-based fashion house has begun an exciting new chapter with the appointment of Liisa Kessler as Creative Director alongside a range of new international talents across the company. With stores in key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Berlin, an ecommerce presence in over 70 markets, and over 200 employees across Europe, Filippa K continues its journey of global expansion guided by a mission of mindful consumption.
The mission of the Marketplace Specialist
Develop and implement and Marketplace strategy that maximizes Marketplace sales growth and is integrated and complimentary to the overall Filippa K strategy. The Marketplace Specialist is responsible for identifying business opportunities, setting strategies, managing sales related projects and establishing goals & KPIs to ensure delivery of Marketplace growth. This is an opportunity for someone interested in a key role in a company set for international expansion. The Marketplace Specialist reports to the Global Ecommerce Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ownership of Marketplace P&L as a whole and then in each individual locale
Develop and deliver Marketplace strategy.
Proactively manage relationships with our Key Accounts to drive retention, accelerate growth, and improve our shop quality.
Daily, weekly, monthly sales monitoring, analysis and inventory management/ planning, including identifying and acting on opportunities and aligning the short term and long term forecasting, assortment and sales planning.
Create and develop processes for operational excellence.
Utilise data and insights to understand performance and develop content to drive positive results.
Work cross functionally and always keep the businesses best interest in mind
Investigate and respond to any product issues online that could lead to a decrease in sale.

The experience you’ll bring to the role is:
2+ years experience from working with E-commerce /Marketplace and/or Dropship business models.

Strong financial acumen and ROI orientation
Strong strategic, analytical and decisionmaking skills
Strong project management skills and a bias for action
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organised and able to manage time efficiently
Able to adapt and respond to change
Team player
Have a proven ability to drive and manage cross-team collaborative initiatives.
Is eager and quick to learn several different systems and gain an understanding of how an entire business is working, both technically and operationally.
