Profficeaktien är noterad på Stockholmsbörsen. Vi söker omgående för kunds räkning en marknadsansvarig/marknadschef: Budget and Marketing planning for Finland and Sweden. Distribution Marketing (Small size Business) working with Broadline distributors recruiting, retention and keep a loyal channel. Channel Marketing (Advantage programme, "Seminars in a Box" etc.) and Channel Branding Proactively manage and control the Marketing Development Fund (MDF) Channel and Product PR in cooperation with European PR Manager. Interface to regional sales team Territory Management: Finland and Sweden. Control and evaluate all marketing activities in terms of lead generation and effect to business. Assist in implementation of the Advantage programme and other partner program in assigned territory. Event co-ordination - ensuing that all events are managed effectively with responsibilities including pre-event arrangements, smooth running of stand, and post event analysis. Provision of marketing support to regional team ensuring the prompt and accurate release of product information where applicable to both internal staff and channel. Working closely with regional sales team to build on existing and develop existing alliances within the region. Working closely with channel partners, resellers and distributors to ensure that their marketing programmes are effectively supported as required. Ensure that regional teams are provided with timely and accurate information on competitor activities. Responsible for the supervision of MDF within the region to include the production of all statements, arrangements of credit notes where applicable; monitoring activity requests, maintenance of necessary paperwork and other ad hoc arrangements. Ad hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required. Minimum of 3 - 5 years Marketing Experience in the IT Industry. Preferably in Broadline distribution. Experience with both Enterprise and SMB channel marketing and an ability to work in complex, fast changing environments. Experience of implementation of Marketing programs in Nordic countries, understanding of the Two Tier Channel Sales Model. Business and results oriented approach, team player, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Can demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
