For our Business Area Europe, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner to support the definition and development of our Consumer Digital Engagement platforms and move them to the next level of excellence. Thanks to your technical expertise in the Digital Marketing area with platforms like Consumer Identity management, Marketing Automation, Consumer Data Platforms (CDP) and Personalization Solutions and your natural ability to embrace new digital trends, you will be a product owner in the Marketing Technology team leading the future strategic design for building outstanding consumer experiences built upon these platforms.


In this role, YOU will partner with marketing and IT teams focused on consumer loyalty platforms and experiences to drive the product roadmaps of these platforms and maintain a clear and enthusiastic communication with teams throughout the organization. This is a full-time permanent position based in our global headquarters in Stockholm, you will report to the Marketing Technology Manager Europe, and may require limited travel to other Electrolux sites across Europe.


Your everyday challenge
• Work closely with the Marketing organisation and the IT organisation as a strong facilitator.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the digital marketing product roadmaps by gathering and prioritizing business requirements, communicating product roadmap for feature development, coordinating the implementation of new features, ensuring quality feature delivery and supporting all necessary training needs for feature adoption within the local and central marketing teams and agency partners.
• Define and drive the product roadmap and feature definition for the marketing automation, consumer identify and consumer data platforms
• Gather metrics and generates reports to evaluate success of product features or opportunities
• Seek out and interpret user and consumer feedback through a variety of methods to guide product development
• Ensures an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration between all the members of the product teams
• Embodies the voice of the consumer inside the business and must be passionate about the user experience and workflows
• Gathering the needs of multiple stakeholders and translate the business requirements into product roadmaps and backlogs. Help analyse, validate and prioritize to define solutions.
• Represent the Consumer Engagement team in forums interconnected with the platform like, CRM, Ecommerce, Customer Services, Product Information Management, Marketing Analytics and Digital Marketing.
• Keep up to date with latest technologies and trends within the area.

Minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing or IT
• 5 years related work experience dealing with cross-functional decision making and supporting business objectives
• Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broad audiences
• Able to break down product vision into epics and user stories for development, with acceptance criteria, in an agile framework
• Excellent understanding of Agile Software Development best practices, including Sprint ceremonies
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, attuned to cross-cultural communication differences
• Able to dive into new subjects and quickly learn new technologies
• Experience with web-based data collection, tagging, analytics, A/B testing tools
• Experience with project and development management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, or similar
• Experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing and related domains
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles, UX design best practices, trends and emerging technologies
• Good Understanding of Ecommerce, Social Networks, Analytics, Monitoring
• Platform knowledge: SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud
• Comfortable to work in a team/office/virtual environment as well as works autonomously
• Fluency in English communication
