Master Data Responsible

We seek a Master Data Responsible to join a global company in Lund.
This is a one-year, 25% hybrid consultant contract starting in February 2025 with the possibility to be extended.
In this role, you will support the company´s Global Master Data Team regarding processes for purchased components.
From a global request tool, you will receive requests to create material masters in SAP based on the given criteria. The team's task is to select the correct UNSPSC class and classify materials using data such as dimensions, capacity, voltage, frequency, weight, etc.
This demands a high level of accuracy a sense of detail and skills in searching for information related to the components. This is mainly done via datasheets, homepages, and sometimes by phone to the suppliers.
Skills Requirements
High level of technical understanding of food processing components
Competence within the Master Data Management area
Practical experience in global business IT system
Excellent knowledge of
Microsoft Office
SAP
Fluency in Swedish and English
