Master Planner/Scheduler to TitanX Engine Cooling in Mjällby

Your role

As Master Planner/Scheduler you will be responsible for coordinating the Master Production Scheduling (MPS) process. The job includes Coordinating mid- to short-term balance of Customer demand vs. available resources, coordinating all main industrial projects impacting Supply Chain, monitoring KPIs and managing and optimising inventory levels.

The Master Planner/Scheduler will be part of our experienced Supply Chain team and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Your main responsibilities:

* Generate realistic and consistent Master Production Schedules (MPS)
* Continuously improve quality of the MPS generation
* Lead RCCP (Rough cut capacity Planning) work to ensure that MPS is realistic & consistent with resources
* Ensure constant alignment between MPS and SIOP (Sales and Operations Planning)
* Optimize inventory, while balancing risk of shortages:
* Track and measure MPS Respect Rate levels
* Coordinate MPS & RCCP meetings (weekly) with plant operations team
* Information & communication within the Supply Chain team
* Supply Chain responsible for Industrial Projects

The position is based in Mjällby. You will be hired by TitanX Engine Cooling.



Your profile

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering and about 5-10 years experience in Supply Chain (planning) or shorter if you have relevant experience in Manufacturing, Purchasing or Financial Controlling.

You have an analytical mindset with good Excel skills as you will be required to extract mass data from the systems to review & analyse as basis for process improvements. If you have previous experience from SAP it is considered an advantage.

As a person you are innovative, result driven and proactive. You are a team player with good communication skills and you speak and write English fluently. Swedish language is not required, but considered a merit.
