Area Warehouse Örebro is part of NCE Supply Chain Operations which covers the supply chain in Northern and Central Europe. The primary responsibilities of our warehouse is to pack and deliver materials for service technicians in Sweden. Moreover, we handle deliveries for urgent demand in other countries in Europe. We have high focus on delivering great service and not least to always prioritize safety and quality.


Responsibilities
Your main assignments in this role will be to:
Handle inbound shipments from our Central warehouse in Germany
Pack for scheduled and unscheduled service orders as well as booking shipments
Perform pick, pack and ship for sales orders, POs. etc.
Receive return shipments from service vans & return surplus stock to the Central warehouse in Germany
Handle non-conformities and transport damaged deliveries
Participate in daily as well as bi-weekly meeting, and support direct customer support to internal stakeholders
Participate in reporting and performance KPI of the warehouse



Qualifications
We favor the following qualifications:
At least 2-5 years of experience with warehousing
Fluent in English, speaking and writing
Vocational training in Warehouse and logistics
SAP experience
Forklift certificate
Familiar with the Microsoft Office package

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Örebro, Sweden.
You will be working 5 days per week and the working hours are 7.00 - 15.20 (M-T) and 7.00 - 13.15 (F). In addition, we have on-call schedules in certain weekends, during National Holidays etc.The position is a temporary position of 1 year with possibility for a full-time position.
