Working as a MDM Informatica developer at CGI means a varied everyday life. Here you are offered the opportunity to develop both in local customer deliveries and in major global commitments. You can work in small, short projects in a few months to large, long commitments. We participate in and run projects and commitments on site at our client´s, but mainly from our local offices. We work both individually and together with other colleagues in our projects. Our assignments are carried out with the support of established methods and models based on industry standards.
As an MDM Informatica developer, you will be responsible for bring expertize with in the MDM area. You will be part a team who deliveres to our larger clients in the banking sector.
To succeed in the role, we are looking for you who have strong drive with client focus. You have experience from MDM and solution creating and are used to working with complex environments. You are fluent in English and have an academic degree in computer science / technology / engineering.
• Master Data Management (MDM) Developer will be responsible for applying MDM strategies, requirements and supporting an MDM implementation on Informatica platform technologies.
• MDM developer should be able to design and develop the information architecture for a robust MDM platform that matches and consolidates key data subject areas in a manner that is aligned to the company’s strategic vision.
• Around 3 to 5 years experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with Informatica MDM tool suite. • Hands-on expertise with Informatica tools and utilities such as Data Controls, Data Director and Data Quality.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise data integration technologies and methods such as ETL, data replication, and data services. • Experience with enterprise level data analysis and integration work and/or providing data focused systems integration solutions.
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems.
• Work as part of a team with business analysts, architects and data stewards on the design and implementation of software applications.
• Experience working in Agile delivery setup with different frameworks, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Exposure to and conceptual understanding of data integration tools and technologies such as Informatica PowerCenter
