Mechanical CAE Engineer

Scope:
Develop new solutions especially for highly integrated and compact systems
Simulation of structural mechanics including thermal aspects
Tolerance chain investigations and life-time evaluations
Work closely with the electromagnetic team
Using a multi-objective parametric approach to conduct sensitivity analysis
3D modelling
Design and analysis of systems with regards to Noise (NVH)
Design FMEA and risk analysis
Develop simulation tools, processes and methods needed for the work

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent.
More than 5 years’ experience of system simulations preferably within the automotive industry
Experience with thermomechanical Finite Element simulations, e.g. Ansys.
Knowledge with CAD systems
Language skills: Mandatory; English

Good to have:
Experience with R&D / Technology in Automotive Industry
Experience in electrical drive systems
Experience with CFD and NVH analysis
Experience with Mechanical System Modeling e.g., Masta or Romax
Language skills: beneficial German or Swedish
