Mechanical developer in Finspång

Job description
Randstad Engineering is currently looking for two mechanical development designers to work with manufacturing support and non-conformances from the workshop, and to handle technical investigations and technical assignments from the service department along with driving fault reports from the existing fleet.

Responsibilities
You will work in a target-oriented manner with a lot of own responsibility, and you will contribute to and deliver business processes and solutions.

Included in the work will be to integrate processes and results from other workflows and disciplines to develop and accountably propose appropriate and effective solutions for significant parts of solutions. You will plan your own work within a quarterly cycle and work in a project driven environment. You will work with colleagues and customers to provide functional advice and guidance.

Working hours
Full time 40h/week

Qualifications
To fit the roles we believe that you have
Master of science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Engineering within construction.
Good communication in English and Swedish.
 An analytical mindset and experience of working in an analytical context
Are able to transfer and apply knowledge to and in various contexts
Very good problem solving skills
Experience in process improvement
3-8 years of relevant experience in the field
