JBT is an international market leading company in the global food processing industry. We have offices in more than 100 countries all over the world and we have customers like Gunnar Dafgård AB, Fazer Oy and Danish Crown AmbA. As we continue to grow, we are now hiring new people to join our Mechanical Engineering division.

Job Summary

• You will work as a Mechanical Engineer in our Technology department that consists of 70 people
• Lead or join design projects in line with customer demands


• Follow up manufacturing, assembly and function of the equipment at the suppliers and on customers sites
• Make sure that the products continuously improves from both a technical and a cost perspective.


Qualifications/Skills Required

You have:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge in both written and spoken English and Swedish
• Experience in LEAN engineering and knowledge of Creo/Windhill are considered an advantage
• Preferred is also experience from the Food Processing Industry or other industry with high hygiene demands
