Mechanical Engineer - for new development, product maintenance and redesign The Job FOSS has a vacant position for a Mechanical Engineer in Höganäs.The selected candidate will be a part of the Business and Product Development Department and will work with mechanical designs of both development of new products, improved features and maintenance of existing products.Investigation of failures, re-design and test of mechanical designs will be a part of the job responsibility.The job has close relations to colleagues in Production and Customer Support.Qualifications . Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering..Designing for manufacturability/assembly is one of your passions.. Candidates with knowledge of optical technologies are preferred.. Understanding of other technical disciplines such as electronics and chemical engineering is an advantage . Result oriented - enjoys getting things done!. Good at cross-functional cooperation - you are a team player.. Experience in SAP is a plus .Experience with the CAD tools Inventor and/or Mechanical Desktop/Pro Engineer would be considered an advantage.
