Mechanical Engineer to Alfa Laval

The Engineering & Supply organization in Tumba is a part of global unit within Alfa Laval s Process Technology Division.Engineering & Supply is constructing and producing process modules and system solutions for our separators.Our customers are found in the process industry, mainly in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biotech, starch and chemistry.We are now in an expansive phase were you will be part in a continuous development of our engineering group and we are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer. Your responsibilities - 2D design in form of process flow diagrams and process components - 3D design of customer adapted process modules - Develop and maintain close collaboration with our contacts and suppliers As a Mechanical Engineer you visit our module workshops during manufacturing and participate in delivering testing in ours test workshop in Tumba.The systems we use for 2D and 3D design are AutoCAD and our PDM system.Your personal profile and qualifications You have a technical bachelor degree or equal and several years of work experience from similar tasks, preferably within pharma or process industry.You have the ability to build and maintain close relations with both our customers and suppliers.You are a teamplayer, enterprising and focused on development.The business environment is international so you have good skills in English, both in speech and writing.Some travelling may exist, mostly within Sweden.Driving license is required in this position.We can offer you A challenging job in global organization with great expectations on you as a competent Mechanical Engineer, who will get the possibility of influencing your work and future career.We offer you an international development and career possibilities in a rapidly changing business climate.Location Tumba, Sweden.In this recruitment Alfa Laval co-operates with HR-North.
