Arjo was experienced as exciting and interesting, a workplace where I felt that there was potential for my own development, which was true and now I have been here for 18 years. As a Mechanical engineer you have a varied work and are involved in the whole process from data collection with visits to customers, brainstorming meetings, prototype building, concept work, construction which then leads to a finished product. Everyone is collaborating and works prestige less, you really feel that you contribute with the knowledge you have and solve things together.
The freedom to work with feasibility studies and concepts in teams and together work out solutions that satisfy the users' needs in healthcare is extremely fun. Also to get feedback from users as you really see that products you have been with and created really help people to a better life..”
