MES Application Specialist

Job summary:

We are looking for an experienced MES Application Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Prevas MES applications. The role will also imply coordinating Application Operation team for Prevas MES applications and systems.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in MES Applications
• Preferable knowledge within Prevas MES applications
• Working Knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps
• Team management skills
• Database and server knowledge
• Scripting Languages knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting problems
• Coordinating with IT support staff and developer to troubleshoot technical issues
• Recommending improvements to MES applications to meet specific business needs
• Communicating with clients to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction with results
• Performing quality assurance testing to ensure they meet industry standards for functionality and usability
• Coordinate Application Operation Teams
• Guide and Advise business administrators and users in the proper use and care of the applications.
• Monitor everyday operations of application development team and provide regular feedback.
