Description

The project will develop a series of conversion scripts and applications as project ware in order to facilitate implementing and maintaining the new system. The overall objective is to minimize manual updates due to resources constraints and data quality as well as speeding up staging between the different environments. The migration architect/developer deliverables are:

- Together with Business SME, Application SME and Migration Architect set the requirements and timelines for the developing the project ware
- Together with the migration architect and migration developer design and implement project ware
- Together with business SME, application SME and Test manager validate developed functions
- Maintain the applications during the project phase


The Migration analyst will report to the Migration Architect and collaborate with sub project manager IT and sub project manager organizational readiness.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Proven experience of migrating and implementing new applications
- Migration of mission critical applications in a complex IT environment with high demand on application availability and performance
- Knowledge of the transportation industry
- Deep knowledge of complex implementations and migrations from an IT perspective
- Experienced in working with cross organizational and cross functional
- Structured and driven towards deliverables
- High level of competence, or very high competence in the specific field. Must have understanding of organizational needs and business challenges.
- Has 5-10 years of experience as a consultant in the field. Is a role model for other lower level consultants and has been at level 2 for at least 3 years. Has participated in major assignments in various areas and completed assignments of very high quality.
- Can take primary responsibility for part delivery in larger projects and is used to reporting and project management.
- Able to work independently
- Fluent in English and Swedish
