Founded in 1999.MINDSHIFT is a small but markedly international Human Resource & Organization (HR&O) consulting firm based in Stockholm, Sweden.We assist our clients in building and maintaining their human capital and transforming HR into a business partner.MINDSHIFT provides both strategic and operational advisory services to international corporations from a range of industries.Our recent projects range from helping a large Nordic organization to reshape its HR function to developing a Performance Management concept for a fast-growing Swedish company.MINDSHIFT is comprised of six consultants with diverse professional backgrounds within business and human resources.
