We develop professional appliances for the global food, beverage and laundry industry. In many cases we deploy premium electric motor control systems of our own design,
and we are now aiming at increasing our capacity by growing our team with a motor control specialist


A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the design and architecture of our electrical motor control systems.
Contribute in innovation and development projects.
Contribute in the development of our internal processes and tool chains.
Follow the development in the global arena of electric motors and motor control systems.
Represent our company by participating and contributing in external conferences and workshops.
Execute theoretical studies on motor control systems. Develop simulation environments in e.g. Matlab/Simulink to verify feasibility and stability of current and future solutions.
Provide expert support and lead complex problem solving initiatives.
Educate and enable our organisation, e.g. development, lab and customer care staff, to grow common understanding of the area.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
M Sc in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Min 10 years experience in relevant fields.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Very good communication skills.
Experience from writing, reading and evaluating scientific papers in the field of electric motor control.
Very good technical leadership abilities.
