We are currently looking for a Motors and Generators Service Manager to join our Motion team. The Motion Service Motor & Generator organization is nation wide on 14 locations and with 120 coworkers. Business within field service, workshops, projects and Service Agreements.

Your responsibilities
Lead the Service organization including local workshops.
Implement local service strategy for Motors and Generators based on overall Motion strategy.
Drive implementation of the Service strategy as a member of the local Motion management team.
Execute the (global) service and delivery sales channel strategy within the local unit.
Implement productized Service offerings and materials for marketing purposes, and invest in Service Sales to increase market penetration.
Be responsible for P&L, meet performance targets and optimize the utilization of service resources.
Build sustainable customer relationships.
Hold responsibility for health and safety of the Service team by ensuring safety and integrity culture throughout the Service organization.
Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates.

Your background
Previous experience as a manager (this is a 2nd line manager position).
Demonstrated experience with external customers.
Leadership experience in Sales and/or Sales Support, with a proven ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop new business models
Strong, well-developed communication, influencing, coaching and leadership skills.
Operational experience is preferred, workshop, production or similar.
Good communication skills.
Fluency in English and Swedish language.
