A successful candidate should have great interpersonal skills, collection skills and negotiation skills.He/she should also possess basic accounting knowledge and basic awareness of business risks.
Some responsibilities handled by this role are:
.Resolving delinquency issues
.Manage corrective activities in regard to invoice inaccuracies
.Provide customer service by responding, tracking and resolving customer inquiries
.Manage the invoice process according to country needs
We offer an 11-month contract with CPL and the salary is 30k per annum gross.
