ANGELFISH is looking for a Multi-Tasking-Customer-Service-Person for our online retail business. This job is to cover a maternity leave.There is always the possibility of it becoming a permanent job.The job will start on 20th April 2010 and finish on 20th June 2011 - except for a break from 5th-23th July when our office is closed.You will be able to take out 5 days paid holiday during that time.Your main tasks will be: * Customer service by telephone (Skype) and email, and sometimes even a visit.You will be taking orders on the phone (mainly UK addresses), tracking deliveries, sorting out problems and giving advice. * Adding products and information on our sites and fixing mistakes on them.* Taking product photos in our studio, and editing them. * Dealing with orders (You are responsible for making sure the orders get sent out, taking care of returns, managing stock) Can you do the following in a friendly efficient way?1.Speak with customers and answer emails in English and Swedish.(must be fluent) 2.Update websites using Dreamweaver 3.Construct spreadsheets using Excel - including the use of filters and sorting.4.Take photographs and edit in Photoshop - You will need to know the basics of using SLRs and studio lights, and editing in Photoshop.5.Encourage sales.Although your main job is to provide customer service, it would be useful if you could turn a hesitating customer into a shopping customer.Are you... 1.Naturally helpful?2.Always looking to make things more efficient?3.Confident using a computer?4.Able to work independently?5.Someone with a natural attention to detail?If you match the above criteria, then please apply for this job.If not, then please don't.You will have a thorough test of the above skills at interview.Your covering letter should be in English making specific reference to each of the criteria listed.We don't care if you have had work experience before or not.If you have the skills, we don't care how you acquired them, and we will test you to be sure.We have a nice little office in Lindholmen.Our products are fun and our customers are friendly.We are usually 3 or 4 people in the office and we also work closely with a team in the UK.Day to day, there is plenty of variety, and you can make the job what you make it.We will only accept applications with the resume and covering letter in PDF format (this is to filter out those who can't be bothered to read the advert properly, and those who can't work out how to make a PDF document).
