ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Do you have what it takes to develop our new and global CRM platform? You will find yourself at the very forefront of the electronics industry working on an international arena and take on a broad role with strategic as well as operational responsibilities. It will be your mission to assure our organization excels in the use of our new global CRM system and make it become the sales and marketing tool that will help driving our business forward. You will be part of a global Sales and Marketing team responsible for supporting our sales activities worldwide and have close collaboration with colleagues from other departments and subsidiaries around the world. In your role as the Global CRM Coordinator you will:


* become Mycronic's expert on CRM systems
* be responsible for supporting and developing our CRM system to the organization's needs
* support and train our organization worldwide on the use of the CRM system
* support the organization with developing the reporting and analysis tools required to understand the needs of the customers
* support the Sales and Marketing organization using the CRM system for promotional activities


This is a new position at Mycronic so you will have an amazing opportunity to build on your previous experience and be a part of Mycronics future development. There will be traveling included in the position to Mycronics other offices in the world.

On top of this, you need:


* A university degree in Sales and Marketing, Business and Economics or a related field.
* 3 to 5 years work experience from Sales and Marketing role with a deep understanding of the sales, marketing and business process in a global b2b organization.
* Extensive knowledge on the best practices in the use of CRM systems. Experience from Sugar CRM is an advantage.
* Have a good understanding and interest in IT processes.
* Fluency in English, written and spoken alike.

* Have the ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders and build professional relationships. You also keep good presentations.
* Are business oriented and have a good understanding of what drives sales and marketing activities and the implication of well design supporting tools.
* Are driven, structured and a problem solver, we are drawing the map as we go along and there are not always someone around to ask. That’s why it is important that you trust yourself and are comfortable in building and implementing new structures in the company.
