Your Role
In this role, you will provide logistics solutions to our national customers to ensure the maximum penetration of our value added services in the market.
Your Responsibilities
Train the relevant stakeholders in the use of our systems and products
Manage the implementation and integration of EDI projects and certification requirements
Provide timely 2nd level support to all business units on customer solutions topics
Manage the implementation and integration of ESP (Order Management Solutions)
Develop advanced customized reporting for specific customers and stakeholders
Provide solution support of implemented solutions, coordinate, where necessary, with the Shared Service Center
Identify and take responsibility for overall continuous improvements
Supply Chain Design in collaboration with customers and stakeholders



Your Skills and Experiences
At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions for customers around supply chain management and collaboration
Strong Sales background and a customer service attitude
Experience in project management in the freight forwarding industry
Proven abilities in logistics systems and problem solving are essential
Affinity to IT Systems
Fluent in English, verbal as well as written
Great teamwork, communication and organizing skills are vital
It is beneficial if you have previous experience in Kuehne+Nagel Group’s systems
