National Health- & Safety Manager

We are a National Property Management and Facilities Group wholly owned by Boultbee, with an impressive shopping centre and commercial property portfolio throughout Scandinavia and the UK, the majority of which we own.In addition we manage UK & Nordic funds for investors.Currently we own and manage approximately 50 shopping centres.EFM Sverige AB has an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Health and Safety Manager, who will manage Health and Safety on our Swedish properties.This is an opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic organisation, one that gives Managers the freedom to manage and make things happen in a fast moving environment.Work description You will provide a National advisory role, and would be responsible for guiding the operational management in the implementation of the group Health and Safety policy and in the development of policies and procedures, reporting to the Head of Facilities.In addition the role would include the delivery of training, auditing and monitoring of management systems, therefore It is essential that you have the necessary professional qualifications.Qualification Applicants must demonstrate relevant management experience in a similar role of at least 5 years.You should also have experience in Environmental strategies, Risk and threat analysis.Contacts within the Authorities and any Occupational Health experience would be an advantage.You will need excellent communication, leadership skills and strive to ensure a safe trading environment for our visitors, tenants and staff.Pre-requisite skills include: good technical understanding of Health and Safety management, sound knowledge of methods of instruction and experienced in computer systems, management of statutory Health and Safety records and documentation, You must be able to speak and write English.In return, the Company offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package.
