National Sales Manager HVAC-Nordic

This position will manage established OEM and Wholesale accounts in Nordic countries plus Estonia. A key ob-jective is to seek new business opportunities within the territory. You should be based in the CAREL Nordic sales office in Sweden.

Arbetsuppgifter

• Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Liaise between customers and the company.
• Evaluate market potential, find new sales opportunities, analyse the competition.
• Introduce new products in the market by means of promotional activities, trainings sessions, seminars and site visits.
• Organize adequate technical and application trainings for the customers.
• Look for new business opportunities in related market segments.
• Follow market trends.
• Publish articles in local specialised magazines.
• Monthly reports as well as updating the customers database will also become part of you


Utbildning/erfarenhet

• Customer focus
• Well sounded experience in sales and knowledge in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Re-frigeration (HVAC/R) industry
• Technical background and exellent technical understanding
• Fluent in English (verbally and written)
• Self-motivated and organized
• Willingness to travel a high amount of your time
