Essential
At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft stack of technologies
Advanced knowledge and experience in:C# & ASP.NET MVC
JavaScript
Web API
Software Patterns and Practices
MS SQL Server
UnitTesting (server side and client side)
Team collaboration systems/software (Git, TFS, SVN, Jira, Confluence, etc)
Working with remote teams
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills

HTML5 and CSS
MongoDb or Redis

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Work with subject matter experts, technical leads, architects, developers, technical support groups and test teams to deliver value to the business
Refine and decompose product requirements to the level of detail required to initiate development
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and propose solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Stay up to date with new technologies and trends, and suggest how to incorporate them in the products
