NetSuite Administrator - Financial Systems

Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

We are now looking for a NetSuite Administrator who will support our finance teams but also help improve our NetSuite implementation and its relation to other systems.

How you will make an impact

As a part of our Financial Systems-team, you will play a key role in making sure that our financial processes are efficient, compliant and secure. Your main focus will be on NetSuite, but since some financial processes are affected by other systems as well, other tools will also be relevant for your role.

Among other things, your day will be filled with:

- Interactions with stakeholders - translating functional requirements into solution descriptions
- Perform system changes
- Leading and interacting with external NetSuite consultants in projects
- Training users
- Be a valued member of an autonomous, multi-functional agile team


Who you are

We believe that you have a background in accounting or other finance related roles and that you have an interest in systems and technology. You are a service-minded and creative problem solver that understands the importance of efficient and compliant financial processes. You are eager and open to learn with the ability to connect your role and impact on the larger picture of Epidemic Sound's vision.

It would also be music to our ears if you:

- Have a degree in business or finance
- Have experience as a NetSuite superuser or administrator


- Have knowledge about payments, recurring revenue and/or financial reporting
- Know what it takes to work with large amounts of financial data and enjoy transforming insights into concrete solutions
- Have at least 5 years of work experience in a finance team.
