We are looking for a Network Administrator to our IT Operations Team.

Husqvarna IT Operations are consolidated into two Datacenters located in Huskvarna, Sweden and Augusta, U.S.As part of the operations team based in Sweden you will work closely together with two colleagues responsible for server administration and a team of functional managers and project leaders.Part of the operations team are also four colleagues at the PC Support who administrates +1200 PC in Sweden.You will also have the opportunity to work together with colleagues located in other countries, external consultants and service providers.

Husqvarna technical IT environment includes a variety of technologies from well known providers such as; IBM iSeries, IBM pSeries, IBM WebShpere, IBM Domino, VMWare, Citrix, Microsoft, Cisco, Extreme and HP.

Objectives
As part of the Group IT Operations Team in Sweden the Network Administrator is responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of WAN, LAN and Internet based network services covering sites and users located at 180 sites all over the world.

Key operational responsibilities
. .Participate and assist in infrastructure projects
.Maintain system documentation
.Maintain Backup and Disaster Recovery routines
.Follow up and report incidents

Competencies needed
Experience from large scale WAN & LAN operations.

Good understanding of Change and Configuration Management routines.

DOCUMENTED SKILLS AND TRAINING WITHIN FOLLOWING AREAS IS A MUST:
.WAN and VPN technologies
.Local Area Networking (Level 2 & 3 network equipment)
.Router and Switch administration
.Firewall administration

SKILLS WITHIN FOLLOWING AREAS IS A MERIT:
.Web server technologies
.Proxy technologies
.DNS technologies
