Network- and Support admin at Roplan

As support- and network administrator at Roplan you will work in a small well copperating team, an opportunity to go courses, run supportcases and projects. You will also be travveling to Roplans different offices both in sweden and around the world.

Academic Work is on behalf of our client Roplan is looking for a support- and network administrator to their IT-team ad the head office in Tumba, Stockholm. Roplan has developed into one of the leading manufactors within their area. They are specialized in developing, construction and manufactoring mechanical sealings, and magnetic mixers. Roplan has 140 employees around the world and 65 of them is working in Tumba just south of Stockholm. The IT-team in tumba is responsible for all the IT-related work for the whole organization.

This recruitment process is conducted by Academic Work and the request from Roplan is that all questions regarding the position is handled by Academic Work.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Roplan

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a support- and network administrator you will be a part of Roplans IT-team with two other co-workers in Tumba which is also the team that is in charge of all the IT-questions in the organization. You will have a broad role with varied work tasks. Your main duties will be to handle support cases, and also manage the operation of servers and WAN-links from the whole international organization. These errands can also be varied such as hardware and software malfunction. You will also work with:


* Run and/or be a part of projects within IT, such as implementation and upgrading systems
* Be a part of the budget-process within the IT-sector
* Have contact with different IT suppliers regarding purchasing of hardware and software
* Solve support errands from the different offices; Tumba, Sundsvall, China, USA
* Visit each of Roplans offices at least once every year


This position suits you who has finnished your studies and wants to achieve relevant work experience in a broad role in a company that is in a changing process. It may also suit you who has a few years of experience and wants to work in an international company. You will get the opportunity to go further courses to keep developing. Roplan is growing and are updating parts of their organization and digital environment so you will have the opportunity to get more responsibilities during time.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have a bachelors degree within IT


* Have a very good understanding for the English language in both speech and text since you will have contact with the different Offices within the Roplan organization and the company language is English
* Have experience form working in projects
* Have experience from working in an environment based on products from Microsoft (Office 365, Windows server, MSSQL, Sharepoint, etc)
* Have relevant work experience from a previous service related job


It will be considered an additional qualification if you:


* Have a very good understanding in the Swedish language in speech and text, since you will work at the head office in Tumba, Sweden
* Have a bachelors degree in network or system admin
* Have experience from working in security systems, for example Firewalls
* Have experience from working in a similar role before
* Have experience from running projects
