Role:
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, your role as the New Business Executive will be to proactively identify, qualify, hunt and generate new business leads leads.
You will develop and executive effective new business acquisition and marketing initiatives that will in turn deliver new product and revenue sales opportunities.As an experienced telesales professional, you will hit the ground running in this hands on role, influencing and capturing communities throughout your region.
Experienced in new customer acquisition and relationship management, you will demonstrate a background in over-achieving sales targets in a fast paced environment.Highly motivated and results focused, you have excellent interpersonal skills, high energy levels and a passion for selling.
Key areas of responsibility include:
.Managing a monthly individual target
.Completing monthly personal objectives as part of training and development
.Cross-sell and up-sell the companies client portfolio through proactive prospecting calls
.Identify client financial needs and cross-sell opportunities by completing mini-financial needs analysis and referring opportunities to the appropriate channels
.Participate in Local Area Marketing activities and maintain a database of prospects for tracking and analysis.
.Completing monthly personal objectives as part of training and development
Experience and Skills:
.Telesales/Sales experience necessary
.Confidence and Strong Personality are key
.Dynamic candidates are required.
