The Role
This newly created role within the business will be pivotal in helping our company grow. As the New Openings Trainer you will be responsible for making sure the new teams joining us are fully versed in all things Oche. Training and helping all new employees with everything from making sure the guest experience is second to none, serving great food and delivering exceptional service. All this alongside our common goal of sharing happiness. With a variety of sites opening up around the world next year this role will also require plenty of travel both home and abroad.
About you
We are looking for someone who loves working with people. Someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and is always thinking of ways to improve the customer journey. Helping others is something that will come naturally to you and you will always be striving for perfection in the work you do. We are looking for someone who is patient and nurturing in their approach to training and ready to build a great team beside them.
Helpful Experience
